After completing my sports education, I began to specialize in personal training. By taking several courses in the Netherlands, England, and the United States, I became a specialist in strength and conditioning training. However, I felt that an important part was missing—specifically, recovery, injury prevention, and addressing complaints. I noticed that referring clients to a physical therapist didn’t yield the desired results. As a result, I began to specialize in treatment techniques, including Reflexive Performance Reset, Anatomy in Motion, and, of course, Fascial Stretch Therapy. From the very first moment with FST, I was so enthusiastic that I wanted to focus entirely on it. The feedback and results from clients have always been very positive!

After my four-year training at the CIOS, I still wanted to learn more. I wanted to be different from other trainers. In the field, I found it frustrating for clients when they had an injury and I couldn’t help them right away. I wanted to provide a complete solution for my clients to achieve their desired results. That’s why I decided to pursue training in Mylogenics and Personal Hormonal Profiling.
Additionally, two more excellent courses came my way: Sports Manipulation and Fascial Stretching. These are two valuable additions that help create a comprehensive approach to training, injury treatment and prevention, nutrition focused on hormones, and stretching the body.
